This past weekend, we had the absolute joy of showcasing Secrets of the Burrow: Vixoria’s Quest at Interactive Futures—and what an experience it was!

First off, a heartfelt thank you to every single person who stopped by our booth, picked up a controller, and stepped into the world of Vixoria. Whether you spent five minutes or forty with the game, your presence meant the world to us. Seeing players explore the world we’ve poured so much love into, watching them dodge, leap, fight, and laugh was incredibly rewarding.

But more than that, your feedback was invaluable. As developers, we can get so close to our projects that it becomes difficult to see them with fresh eyes. Events like this are crucial because they let us hear your honest impressions; what felt smooth, what felt clunky, what made you smile, and what left you scratching your head. Every comment, every bug spotted, every conversation helps us shape Vixoria’s Quest into the best experience it can be.

We had people tell us they loved the painterly environments and animated movie vibe, others who resonated with the unique combat flow, and quite a few who gave us thoughtful notes on camera movement, level flow, or UI clarity. It's all going in our notes, and yes, we’re already working on some tweaks based on what we learned.

It’s also a beautiful reminder that gamers are co-creatives of the experience. The Burrow might be a place of secrets, myths, and forgotten magic, but thanks to your time and insight, it’s starting to feel more alive than ever.

From the whole team at FOXBOY Productions: thank you for playing, for chatting, for being part of this journey. We’re back in the studio now, heads down and hearts full. We can’t wait to show you what’s next.

See you soon!
